Description

“SHAHU Industries” provide Electric Rope Hoists which is designed in accordance with IS-3938. Hoists are available in modular construction, short headroom, easily accessible for repair & maintenance. Capacity ranging from 500 kg to 20000 kg

Rope Hoists are compact in size, smooth operation, robust & elegant in appearance. Rope hoists are designed to work for heavy & medium duty and repetitive performance, the Hoist body is made from heavy duty steel plates & sections. The wire drum is made from seamless pipe with specially designed rope guide. It guides the rope for proper seating over the grooves and is designed to prevent overlapping. All Gears are made of Alloy steel, high precision cut, hardened and tempered.

Wire rope hoists use wire rope as a hoisting medium, wrapping the wire around a grooved drum to conduct the lift. Wire rope could be used as a hoisting medium in several industry sectors.

Dual Speed:- The more cost-effective option is to have a single speed but most users prefer to have the option of dual speed control on all motion functions. This enables a slow speed for creeping a load in to place as well as a fast speed for normal operation.

Limit Switches:- Offered as standard on some hoists and optional on others, upper and lower limit switches allow the user to set extremely accurate positions for the maximum and minimum hook paths to ensure that the user cannot accidentally lift or lower the load too far and damage something unintentionally.

Radio Remote Controls:- As an alternative to a wired pendant control, buyers of Electric Chain Hoists are able to specify a radio control system which enables the user to stand at a safe, remote distance from the load, this has many added advantages such as the operator being able to see from a better angle of the load, he also remains a safer distance from the load and has better flexibility when operating the hoist in general. 

Soft start:- This feature is provided with our product, it helps to have a smooth start for the hoist which directly leads to improving the efficiently of the hoist and thereby eliminating the chances of accident due to high hoisting speed
