Description
This beam trolley can be supplied in a range of models to suit a variety of beam widths, there are 2 ranges, the standard range and the extended beam range for larger 'I' beams.
Plain trolley / geared trolley , also called monorail beam trolley , lifting trolley, chain hoist trolley . With different driven method , plain trolley can be divided into hand push trolley and geared trolley . Geared trolley is driven by pulling the hand chain, and push trolley work by hand pushing the lifting load , then walk freely on the I beam or H beam flange.
The wheel rim spacing can be adjusted according to the requirements of i-steel rail width . Both plain trolley and geared trolley have a support connecting ring or a hole to hang the chain hoist below, can be composed of manual lifting transportation device.
Motorized Trolley

With larger trolley wheels than similar models, these Trolleys can withstand severe use at or near rated capacities. Easily adjustable to ride on a range of beam widths, and powered by motors, the Beam trolley can move hoists and materials throughout a facility with the simple push of a button.
Available in both, hand chain wheel driven trolley, and motorized trolley, as per the needs of the customers.
Accessories
Rubber buffer :- Buffers are required to prevent damage to equipment and structural work resulting from travel units with each other or with end of track. It is also very important to avoid unsafe working conditions and ensure safety of workers.
Wheels:- Graded casted/ EN8/EN9/ wheels are mounted in ball bearings. Geared wheels are accurately hobbing cut.
Hand chains:- electrically butt welded. Accurately calibrated to easily fit into sprockets of hand chain wheel.
