Accessories

End plates:

They are located at ends and are designed to:

• To prevent any twisting of the hollow profile.
• To keep manual or motorized trolleys securely on the roller paths at the ends of tracks.
• To keep the inside of profiles clean and dust-free.

Trolleys:

Any rail system can be equipped with trolleys in order to ensure travel and transfer movement of hoist and suspension bridge rail. The contact surface with the profile has been reduced to obtain a max. rolling coefficient: thus ensuring noiseless and effortless movement. The rollers of trolleys are synthetic for reasons of minimum routine maintenance & excellent wear resistance.

Suspension Assembly For Suspending Runways:

They allow fitting the light crane system to the support structure. Suspension assemblies are mounted on I-beams for suspending runways. The I-beam holder is provided with an adjustment clamp which can fit on all standard I-beams.

The complete assembly consists of ball and socket joint with molded plastic cups for noiseless operation, absorption of jerks and minimum maintenance. Uniqueness of the assembly allows pendulum movement which prevents bending stresses and minimizes horizontal forces. The height of the runway can be easily and accurately adjusted by means of threaded suspension rods.

Runways:

“iTRANS” make runways are suspended on I-beams with the help of suspension assemblies. Runways are available in various lengths. The runway joining set enables the runways to be extended to any required lengths

Threaded Rod:

Threaded rod is inserted on suspension assembly to facilitate height adjustment.

Safety Ropes:

These are used for secondary prevention technique for safety purpose.
